Kathleen is a passionate advocate for digital inclusion and I’m looking forward to having her voice in our conversation tonight. We also have some additional questions from Shannon, one of this week’s Twitter Chat Champions, who can’t make it along. We’ll kick off with the questions I planned and add Shannon’s in towards the end.
